Harlee Kate was SHOWERED with gifts!

The shower was GREAT! Everyone did such a good job, and Harlee Kate got so many cute and needed things!

Yummy . . . petits fours
Cute little blocks . . .
The big gift from the hotesses!!! So great to get this!
Just a few of the gifts . . . look at all the pink!!!

Lisa came!
Sasa got a few "grandma" gifts!
Aunt Elza came from Oxford!
It took almost a full hour to open all the gifts.

So sweet for them to do this!

Tables of presents:
A memory photo frame that everyone signed!

Basket full of goodies . . .
Aren't they cute???

Thanks so much to everyone who helped with this and of course to all the gift givers! Someone will be very busy writing Thank You Notes before Harlee Kate gets here!!

Weekend Update

Some of you have been asking what colors I'm using in Harlee Kate's nursery. This is a photo of her quilt. It's brown and sort of a mossy green color.
Here I am, 29 weeks and 3 days. I've have finally started having my sis' swollen feet on a regular basis. I will find out Friday if I have gestational diabetes. I failed my glucose test and will retake another soon. Lets hope all goes well. I would hate to give up my cookies for good.
Jax had a wonderful birthday party this weekend. I can't believe my little nephew turned 1.
He had a blast with his own little cake. The cake looked amazing and tasted great thanks to Wendy.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!

One of the things that I love most about having a girl is all of the fun, cutesy clothes I will get to buy her. There are so many cute clothes out there for little girls now! So the adventure begins . . . here is my first girly purchase for Harlee Kate.

A Santa Baby dress and hat . . . couldn't resist it. And yes, I'm very aware that she will not be here this Christmas. So I bought a 9 Month size for next year. I can't believe I'll have a 9 Month old next year at Christmas!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share my first (close your eyes here, Brandon) of many purchases for my baby girl!
